Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and sales huddles.
Assign leads and monitor activity levels and KPIs.
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Track sales metrics: conversions, pipeline, revenue, and call/activity targets.
Develop sales strategies to achieve growth goals.
3. Training & Coaching
Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify skill gaps.
Support new team members during onboarding.
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
Oversee sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.
Review team leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Analyse reports to identify trends and propose improvements.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
6. Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Forecast sales and plan resources accordingly.
Provide insights and recommendations to management.
7. Process Improvement
Identify operational gaps and optimize the sales process.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Implement best practices to enhance team efficiency.
