Sales Team Leader Forex
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of forex traders to achieve performance targets.
Responsible for hiring staff on his own team and supervising a team to achieve goals, which involves setting objectives and monitoring performance.
Develop and implement trading strategies focused on currency pairs, market analysis, and risk management.
Monitor global forex markets, with a special emphasis on Middle Eastern and Arabic-speaking regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trading tools and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in forex trading.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in forex trading
(3+ years preferred)
. Fluency inENGLISH
mandatory for effective communication with regional clients and partners. Strong leadership experience, with a track record of team management. In-depth knowledge of forex platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader). Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making skills under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced certifications like CFA is a plus).Job Type: Full-time
