Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience, and solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and ongoing training Develop and implement effective sales strategies Assist agents in closing deals and handling high-value clients Ensure agents follow company policies and RERA regulations Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and reporting Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader handling real estate sales agents Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, and regulations Proven leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Target-driven mindset with a strong sales background Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
