Role Purpose



We are looking for a Sales Team Leader / Sales Operations Lead to take ownership of our entire sales coordination, follow-up discipline, order flow, CRM management, and reporting systems. You will be responsible for building structure, discipline, visibility, and accountability within the sales team, ensuring that leads are followed, quotations are tracked, orders are processed correctly, and customers are professionally managed from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Operations & Process Ownership



Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from enquiry to order confirmation and delivery. Ensure strict follow-up discipline on all leads, quotations, and pending deals. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using CRM and internal trackers. Build and enforce SOPs for lead handling, quotation turnaround time, order processing, and delivery coordination.

Team Leadership



Supervise and support the sales coordinators and sales executives. Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and monitor conversion ratios. Train the sales team on internal systems, CRM usage, and customer handling standards. Ensure accountability across the team.

Order & Delivery Coordination



Oversee quotation preparation, LPOs, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve delays, errors, and customer escalations.

Reporting & Management Support



Prepare structured reports on: Lead flow Quotation aging Conversion ratios Pending deliveries Sales performance Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve efficiency and conversions.

Candidate Profile



2+ years of experience in sales operations / sales coordination / inside sales leadership. Strong hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems. Excellent follow-up discipline, organization, and reporting skills. Ability to manage small sales teams and build structured workflows.

Compensation



5000-6500 AED (Negotiable depending on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
