To lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets, increase market share, build strong client relationships, and ensure a professional real estate sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for real estate projects.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Train and develop sales agents in negotiation, closing, and customer service skills.
Supervise the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Analyze the real estate market and competitors and provide performance improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Previous experience leading sales teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
