Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a
team of 7-10 sales consultants
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training
Handle high-value clients and assist the team in closing deals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase conversions
Ensure excellent client experience and maintain strong follow-ups
Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in immigration sales
Minimum
2-5 years of proven sales experience
Prior experience in a
team-handling or managerial role
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage
