We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to supervise daily team operations and ensure performance targets are achieved. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding team members, maintaining productivity, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
Resolve team issues and escalate concerns when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Prepare performance reports and updates for management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel, reporting tools)
