Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of
real estate brokers
to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular
sales meetings
, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Assist brokers in
negotiations
, deal closing, and client relationship management.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and report directly to company management.
Recruit, onboard, and train new brokers in collaboration with the HR and training departments.
Maintain a positive and professional team culture aligned with WAY REAL ESTATE's values and brand standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Team Leader
or
Senior Broker
in the Dubai real estate market.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Excellent knowledge of off-plan and secondary market transactions.
Ability to guide and support agents through the entire sales process.
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably
amoCRM
) and digital sales tools.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
