Job Title: Sales Team Leader - Crypto / Gaming Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with proven experience in the crypto or gaming industry. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring high performance, clear communication, and the timely delivery of strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve project and organizational goals.

Supervise daily operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and performance targets are met.

Implement workflows, set priorities, and monitor KPIs to ensure team efficiency.

Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team culture.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Stay updated of industry trends to align strategies accordingly.

Assist in onboarding and training new hires.

Report team performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

2-5 years of proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Executive in the crypto or gaming sector.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make quick decisions under pressure.

Experience working with remote or international teams is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of data analytics and performance reporting.

Creative problem-solving mindset with an eye for innovation and emerging trends.
