Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves coaching team members, developing sales strategies, tracking performance, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training. Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company goals. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Assist team members in closing high-value deals when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards across the team. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth sales operations. Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales role, preferably with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
