About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee a team and ensure smooth operations, high productivity, and excellent team morale. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding, training, and supporting team members, setting goals, monitoring performance, and maintaining quality standards in line with organizational objectives..

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the team and ensure targets are met

Identify and onboard new clients and partners within the forex trading industry.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure client needs are met.

Prepare regular reports on business performance and pipeline status.

Requirements

Proven experience (2+ years) as team Leader handling at least 7 menbers in sales within the forex, financial brokerage, or trading industry in UAE.

Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
