We are seeking a
Sales Team Leader
to oversee and guide a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high performance. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, mentor team members, and drive operational success.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members to achieve targets and goals. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with management to implement strategies and improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in team management. Proven leadership experience in Tourism and Travel. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and drive team success.
