Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai, including leadership or team management
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team to meet targets
Good network of clients and agents is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
Set individual and team sales targets
Support team members in closing deals and handling clients
Conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews
Generate sales through personal and team efforts
Build strong relationships with clients and investors
