We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Team Leader

to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and team management, along with in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Bitrix24. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead by example, mentor agents, and drive overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor daily performance and provide guidance, training, and support to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage and optimize the Bitrix24 CRM platform for lead generation, pipeline management, follow-ups, and reporting. Ensure timely and accurate data entry, lead tracking, and communication within the CRM. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews. Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and growth plans. Analyze sales reports and CRM data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents, ensuring they are well-versed in company systems and sales processes. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on results and professional development.

Requirements:

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in the real estate industry, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role. Strong working knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM - must be able to utilize, train, and troubleshoot within the platform. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Dubai's real estate market is a plus. Familiarity with off-plan, secondary, and rental markets. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
