Click Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Team Leader
to manage and guide a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance sales culture in line with Click Solutions values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure individual and team targets are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Motivate, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and engagement.
Onboard new team members and ensure effective integration into the team.
Ensure a customer-first approach across all sales activities.
Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and insights to management.
Promote ethical sales practices and integrity within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Must possess a valid Qatar driver's license and a car.
Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
