Key Responsibilities:

For

Sales Executives

:

Promote and sell

credit card products

from top UAE banks Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals Match clients with the right credit card offers based on eligibility Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up
For

Team Leaders

:

Lead and manage a team of credit card sales agents Train, coach, and motivate your team to hit targets Monitor team KPIs and ensure performance consistency Report daily activity and lead conversion metrics Support team members with escalations and closing deals

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience

in credit card sales or banking sales Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Team leadership experience is a must for Team Leader roles Must be

currently based in the UAE

Immediate joiners are preferred
