Abu Dhabi
and is looking for an experiencedSales Team Leader
to join our growing real estate team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve targets Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and reporting Support the team with deal closures and client negotiations Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience managing a sales team (mandatory)
Valid Real Estate Broker Card (mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills Proven track record in real estate salesWhat We Offer:
