Provide continuous coaching and performance evaluation to drive success.
Analyze market trends and position the team for competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining Masterpiece's values of integrity and excellence.
We're Looking For:
2-3 years of proven success in real estate sales, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
Demonstrated leadership experience and team management capabilities.
A consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Abu Dhabi Broker License is a must.
