Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings to review progress and challenges.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates.
Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns escalated by team members.
