Role Description
The Team Leader will oversee daily sales operations, manage and lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, training new team members, and ensuring effective communication within the team and to make sure team is achieving assigned target. This is an on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience required
Should build a team size of 10 - 15 sales executives.
Should have minimum 1 year of handling any banking sales team in UAE.
Strong Team Management and Leadership skills.
Excellent Sales, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proficient Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and strategy development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Salary
Salary ranges from AED 8,000 to 12,000 depends on expertise + incentives upon achieving team target.
