personal loan sales

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Executives:

Promote and sell

personal loans

from leading UAE banks Conduct

outdoor marketing

, field visits, and client prospecting Guide customers through loan application, documentation, and approval Meet and exceed assigned

monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with bank guidelines

For Team Leaders:

Supervise and mentor a team of

loan sales executives

Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor team performance Conduct regular

training, coaching, and pipeline reviews

Ensure team compliance with

DSA regulations

and UAE financial standards Drive motivation and ensure consistent performance across the team

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of UAE experience

in personal loan sales or retail banking Strong closing skills and a proven record of achieving sales targets Good communication and interpersonal skills Team-leading experience preferred (mandatory for Team Leader role) Must be currently

based in the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE banking products, policies, and documentation flow Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

(higher for Team Leaders)
