Job Description
:
- Daily handling of inquiries and orders.
- Prepare own offers and follow-up on these.
- Maintain customer relations and update CRM.
- Support the outdoor sellers.
- Clarify commissioning with customers.
- Give professional advice, or refer the customer to the right person / department.
- Be proactive and inform customers in the event of delays.
Job Requirements:
- Good technical knowledge at engineering level or equivalent.
- You are used to using IT tools and the Office suite.
- You are able to handle several work tasks at the same time.
