Acts as liaison for third-party affiliates on product supply and credit clearance and works with Operation Managers on contract/supply notifications and fuel releases. Serves as back up to Marketing/Territory Managers and Aviation Support team for customer communications during high level bid activities or absences
Knows the customers, Aviation\xe2\x80\x99s products/programs and communicates their value, understands the Company\xe2\x80\x99s systems/processes/organizational structure, is empowered to resolve any questions/issues/requests, and is accountable for the successful resolution of airline customer inquiries
Researches and resolves customer inquiries, disputes, and identifies solutions from root cause analysis. Provides follow-up and resolves any issues that have been escalated and/or cannot be resolved by regional Marketing Service partners
Manages and supports the Marketing programs by creating the necessary data within the core systems, documents the new processes and procedures, develops internal controls, and coordinates implementations with other impacted organizations and subsidiaries. Responsible for data integrity of analysis and outputs
Actively participates in customer visits to improve and drive understanding of customer needs
Understands how customer relationships impacts Customer Global Aviation strategic objectives and market drivers.
UAE - Level 2 inventory/supply/Asia Pacific escalation & resolution, General Aviation - Ensures timely interaction with Products Storage And Trading to resolve problems around location supply (i.e.: domestic or foreign trade zone)
Support Chevron\xe2\x80\x99s Business Development team in orderly exit and entry from locations/airports with minimal impact on customer relationship.
Marketing Management Decision Support
Performs reporting & trend analysis of customer, and customer-location profile/data for their respective Marketing Manager/Territory Managers. Provides respective Marketing/Territory Manager location and customer-based data analysis to Regional team lead for regionally consolidated reporting
Accurately applies and understands outputs of globally standard processes and tools, including SALESFORCE for location and customer analysis/reporting and Demand Forecasting Tools. Uses SALESFORCE dashboards to track marketing activities.
Maintains basic understanding of customer relationship\xe2\x80\x99s impact on the Business Uu\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and customer/market drivers
Leads location (airport) & account (customer) planning at strategy sessions (Airport Profile Meetings/APM) and reviews & remediation plan assistance to drive profitable decision making. Responsible for finalizing airport volume and earnings plans feeding into the Business Plan

Participates on some special projects and industry events as needed
Provides ad hoc meeting coordination and facilitation as required
Provides ad hoc support for procurement and order processing as required

Required Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
Good analytical and organizational capabilities
Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork
Demonstrated initiative to continuously seek enhancements in work processes and engagements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
