Job Title : Sales Support Specialist Division : Weir Minerals Location : Casablanca, Morocco Onsite

Purpose of Role: Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.

Key Responsibilities: (What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required) · Focus Area: Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization. · Focus Area: Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place. · Focus Area: Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. · Focus Area: Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. · Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing or Mechanical Engineering · Minimum 3 Year of relevant work experience · Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement. · Fluency in both written and spoken English
