Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
Ensure all sales documentation (quotations, orders, delivery notes, invoices) is properly filed and updated.
Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries.
Handle after-sales support, including order tracking and resolving customer concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the marketing or business development team for promotional activities and client communication.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
Prepare
technical and commercial submittals
when required for client approval.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
