Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Sales Support Officer

to join our team for

downpayments operations

.

What you will be doing:

Monitor and track all incoming downpayments from clients Verify payment details Coordinate with Sales, Finance teams to reconcile payment records Follow up on pending or delayed payments in collaboration with Sales team Prepare regular reports on downpayment collections, outstanding amounts, and payment schedules Assist in resolving client inquiries related to payment confirmations Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of payments and client records Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and company policies

What we are expecting from you:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Previous 2-3 years experience in payment processing, finance support, or sales operations, preferably in real estate or development companies; Strong numerical and analytical skills; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; Fluent in English; Must be available in UAE.
