Sales Support Officer
Job Description
The role holder is responsible for providing sales support to sales manager's.
Assisting the sales manager in day to day endorsements, account opening, claims follow up for payments etc.
Ensure all renewal are forwarded to the clients month on month and retain the renewals. (all classes of Business).
Ensure all the collection target for the team are met month on month. Providing full support to the sales manager for premium collection either by following up with the client, providing invoices/endorsement.
Forward the SOAs to the clients on or before 15th of every month.
Following up with the clients to get information either for quoting purpose, addition/deletion/correction endorsement or claims.
Upload new business excel and other documents in the portal follow up with the confirmation team for policy to be issued within TAT, follow up with the accounts for approval to release the policy.
Generating SME/INDIVIDUAL/EBP quotes from the portal.
Getting discounted quotes for certain members who help place general insurance with us.
Pre-requisites
2 - 5 years' experience from Insurance industry. Proven ability in relationship management, strong customer service orientation, organizing workload under pressure. Graduate in any decipline. Attention to detail is must. Excellent english written and verbal communication. Hands on experience working on MS Excel at Intermediate level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
