Sales Support Executive
Job Description
Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients for feedback or clarification.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and contract files.
Support in market research, client profiling, and competitor analysis.
