Project/sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

Objective: - Coordinating offshore crew rotational leave cycle, air ticket bookings, travel coordination to hotel / airports. - Providing transport as and when required (sometimes out of office hours) - Preparing various documents required for offshore crew travel. - Liaising with client for travel and material coordination. - Assisting sales support team with tenders and sales quotations, handling customer queries and sales support. - Supporting management and team members with ad hoc duties as and when required. Person Specification - Preferably bachelors degree. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - Excellent computer proficiency. - Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside normal working hours. - 2 years similar experience and UAE driving license a must.
