Daily administrative support to the sales team
Issuance and control of commercial proposals, contracts, invoices and guides
CRM management and customer data update
Tracking sales orders from entry to delivery
Logistics support and coordination with the warehouse to ensure stock availability
Preparation of sales, margin and team performance reports
Ensure that all documentation is complete and in accordance with internal processes
Maintaining an updated and segmented customer base
Support for company events, fairs or commercial initiatives

Job Requirements
Experience in administrative and/or commercial management
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to work with CRMs and business management software
Basic knowledge of logistics and sales processes
Excellent organizational skills and priority management
Good writing and formal communication
