:
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics by account and salesman.
- Plan field visit with Merchandisers and Sales team to monitor their quality of work and implement sales planograms, and promotions by brand.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed Sales goals and quotas.
- Organize and coordinate sales & merchandisers journey plans with efficiency by Coaching, Developing and Supporting designated team.
- Monitor competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and timely report to Line Manager and build strong relationship with Business Partners
