Job Description

• Instructs, motivate, handle and work with his team members to persuade doctors to prescribe their drugs to patients.
• Provide & ensure that high level of product knowledge is accomplished & ensure effective detailing on company products to health care professionals.
• Drive more sales and improve the company's market shares.
• Motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts and ultimately meet customer needs.
• Responsible for leading a team of medical representatives to achieve Sales targets.
• To handle all Sales Promotion activities (HCP Meeting, TMA for pharmacist).
• Monitor Monthly doctor visiting plan for all MR team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
• Ensure monthly visiting plan are executed with the right coverage of all the HCP list at the right frequency of visit.
• Creating a plan to meet company goals and objectives, this involves allocating employee resources and delegating responsibilities, as well as setting timelines realistic timelines and standards for completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills
• Background experience in Pharmaceutical setting is advantage
• Demonstrated and proven sales results/achievement in previous experience
• Familiarity with CRM and other necessary software
• Available locally and can start asap
