Provide & ensure that high level of product knowledge is accomplished & ensure effective detailing on company products to health care professionals.
Drive more sales and improve the company's market shares.
Motivate high-performing sales teams, and lead them to generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts and ultimately meet customer needs.
Responsible for leading a team of medical representatives to achieve Sales targets.
To handle all Sales Promotion activities (HCP Meeting, TMA for pharmacist).
Monitor Monthly doctor visiting plan for all MR team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
Ensure monthly visiting plan are executed with the right coverage of all the HCP list at the right frequency of visit.
Creating a plan to meet company goals and objectives, this involves allocating employee resources and delegating responsibilities, as well as setting timelines realistic timelines and standards for completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Has excellent communication, customer service and leadership skills
Background experience in Pharmaceutical setting is advantage
Demonstrated and proven sales results/achievement in previous experience
Familiarity with CRM and other necessary software
Available locally and can start asap
