Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES SUPERVISOR

  • Responsible for sales supervision of salesmen, sales routes and achieving sales target.
  • Maintaining & increasing daily sales through adoption of the highest standards of performance, ensuring complete & proper coverage of the allocated areas.
  • Establishing, expanding customer data base and maintaining good business relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Supervise and ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet, and make sure that they are well stocked with all our brands and packages
  • Achieving sales targets for assigned sales routes and following up with all relevant sales teams as a whole
  • and monitoring their performance and motivating them to achieve their targets.
  • Responsible for credit collection from credit customers
  • Responsible to collect back our issued material (e.g. Bottles, Dispensers & Racks) from non-active
  • customers and follow up with the sales teams and customers.
  • Time to time training & monitoring of relevant sales staff.
  • Allocating areas/routes to relevant sales staff (with proper coordination with the Sales Manager).
  • Maintaining delivery day schedule with the help of proper route planning & area division etc.
  • Implementation & monitoring of sales devices & daily sales, to avoid any discrepancy & malpractice.
  • Keeping up to date with products and properly reporting about market & competitor's activities.
  • Developing sales strategies, implementing trade promotions and marketing activities (Explaining promotions/offers/marketing activities to relevant sales staff & customers, accordingly)
  • Submit the routine activity and performance report to the Sales Manager detailing among other sales performance, market, customers coverage, updates and follow up and competitors' activities etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience (Preferably in bottled water industry in Oman)
  • Languages: English, Urdu, Hindi & Malayalam (Arabic will be extra advantage)
  • Sales Supervision and analysis skills
  • Strategic planning abilities
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
  • Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure
  • Disciplined and well organized
Remuneration & Reporting:
  • Reporting to: Sales Manager
  • Salary Range: 400 to 500 OMR (As per experience & capability) + Sales Incentive on achieving targets
  • Sharing bachelor accommodation and food will be provided
  • Medical Insurance & Group Life/WC will be provided
  • Annual Paid leave for 30 days & Return Air Ticket to the home country would be given once a year.
  • Working days: 6 days a week with Friday OFF.
  • Job Location: Al Khoud, Muscat, Oman (Omani Employment Visa will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
