Comply with the indicators assigned to the Company Sales area.
Supervise compliance with the Company Sales plan of the store and the team in charge.
Supervise compliance with the functions of Sales Executives and Assistants, within the procedures established by the company and ensuring proper performance of the team under their charge.
Coordinate with your regional sales manager, the company sales sub-management and sales management, as well as the division management in the commercial area, the requests and authorization of price discounts, products to order and SKU generation, according to established procedures.
Carry out any function or assignment assigned by your immediate boss and that leads to increasing the efficiency of the company.
Job Requirements:
Sales knowledge.
Management office at the intermediate level.
Availability to work full time.
Experience of 1 to 2 years in similar positions (field sales).
Availability to travel to places that are within your department.
