Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory.
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers from the General Trade (GT) market.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure proper stock levels, merchandising, and timely deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of Food & Beverage industry.
Valid Driving License
Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
-Experience general trade market/TT markets -MANDATORY
