Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Develop strategic sales plans to increase product penetration and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key retail, wholesale, and HORECA clients.
Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure product freshness and timely deliveries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of cold chain management and temperature-controlled logistics.
Valid Qatar driving license mandatory

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
