Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising and leading the sales team in Al Ain to achieve sales targets,
expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and monitor sales representatives and merchandisers in the Al Ain region.
Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and collection targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retail outlets, wholesalers,
and HORECA customers.
Ensure effective merchandising, product visibility, and execution of promotions.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify opportunities.
Prepare and share sales reports with management.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock availability and timely delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
