Join our dynamic team as a Sales Supervisor and lead a high-performing sales team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with strong leadership skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvement Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives Develop and implement sales training programs for staff Collaborate with the sales manager to set sales targets and objectives Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising techniques Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
