Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, as well as initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
• Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the sales team to set achievable sales goals, and track progress towards these goals regularly
• Carry out regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and implement action plans to improve individual and team performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field of study
• Proven experience as a successful sales representative or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with regulations
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
