Job description As a Sales Supervisor at Royal Phone Center, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and challenges. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with key clients and partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing regular updates to the management team on sales performance. Inventory Management: Oversee stock and inventory, managing both old and new items efficiently. Stock Control: Implement strategies for effective stock control, ensuring optimal levels of inventory to meet customer demand. Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the lifecycle of products, identifying opportunities to promote and clear old items while introducing new products. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and customer-focused experience. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of Mobile Phones, Accessories, Spare Parts, computers and accessories, and mobile repair services In the UAE. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
