Ensure key sales performance targets are met by setting up and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and taking appropriate actions to influence the performance in alignment with the company strategy
Maintain customer satisfaction levels in accordance with company standards and build a customer centric culture at a Retail Store level by providing staff with the necessary levels of empowerment and tools to handle disputes and special requests on the spot in the best interest of the customer while maintaining an in-store customer friendly atmosphere

Prevent potential customer complaints by taking pro-active complaint management actions including handling escalation cases to ensure compliance with Retail Complaint handling Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Manage and lead the assigned Retail Sales Teams (Store Crew) by managing performance, tracking and monitoring productivity and individual KPIs, motivating and applying reward and recognition HR policy along with corrective actions as per the case to in order to achieve sales targets and other Retail specific objectives
Build a high performance Retail Sales Team by providing continuous development opportunities through regular coaching, development conversations and other formal and informal development options in order to maximize employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance and ensure performance objectives are met
Ensure and monitor the implementation at a Retail Store level of specific processes and initiatives (waste control processes, manpower planning) in order to maintain and increase Retail Stores\xe2\x80\x99 profitability
Ensure successful implementation of all relevant commercial/ corporate initiatives at a retail store level in alignment with the direction set by the commercial/ corporate guidelines and strategy while achieving the expected results
Ensure store compliance and guest satisfaction through E-Commerce orders.
Ensure and monitor store readiness levels through store visits, regular reporting, auditing and any other management actions in order to ensure compliance with internal Operational Readiness metrics and standards
Overlook and support store managers (when applicable) with exceptional day to day retail operations (e.g. new in-store complex campaigns) to maximize store profitability and ensure operational excellence
Engage with peers and stakeholder across the company on a regular basis, building productive and strong relationships based on frequent communication, collaboration and support Ensure the implementation and monitor activities related to the company Health & Safety policy & procedures (including safety guidelines) and any other required operational standards through store visits, regular reporting and any other required initiatives in order to ensure compliance with local industry legal requirements/ standards and internal policies
