Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (preferably in a trading or manufacturing company).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material readiness and delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as delivery notes, and order confirmations.
Maintain updated sales and inventory reports and highlight discrepancies or shortages.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly sales reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized and systematic store
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
Coordinate packing and dispatch of materials for delivery or transfer.
Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Attending phone calls & addressing customers
