Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-savvy

Sales Person

who can deliver a welcoming, engaging, and personalized shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of fashion sense, strong sales skills, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure every customer leaves satisfied with both their purchase and their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, professional, and personalized shopping experience to all customers. Engage with customers to understand their style, preferences, and needs, and recommend suitable products. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays and store presentation are always attractive and aligned with brand guidelines. Restock fast-moving items and actively promote sale products. Drive sales through strong product knowledge, suggestive selling, and upselling techniques. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Perform regular stock checks, reorder low-stock items, and participate in inventory audits. Tag, arrange, and display new arrivals promptly and effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills;

Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays if required. Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and card transactions. Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technologies. Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.

Preference will be given to candidates of Arabic nationality.
