Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading auto parts & ancillaries business in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Specialist in Morocco reporting to the headquarters in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively promoting and selling automotive parts to customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive parts and their applications.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for automotive parts.

- Identify and prospect new customers, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other relevant businesses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, guiding them in selecting the most appropriate automotive parts for their needs.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the companys automotive parts and identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights, and present them to the management team.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven track record of success in automotive parts sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, their applications, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Wide knowledge and experience working in the local market

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Fluent verbal & written communication in Arabic & English

- Valid drivers license
