Job Title: Sales Secretary Job Type: Full-time Location: kuwait city Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient sales secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong administrative and sales support experience. The sales secretary will be responsible for supporting the sales team with various tasks, including but not limited to, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing orders, and generating reports. Responsibilities:
Answer and direct customer inquiries to appropriate personnel
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars
Maintain accurate and organized sales files and databases
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
native arabic speaker
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
