We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with promoting and selling our wide variety of mobility products and services. This role is essential for building client relationships, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance their mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with both prospective and existing clients to assess their mobility needs and offer the most suitable solutions from our product and service portfolio.
Gain an in-depth knowledge of Gilani Mobility's offerings, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility aids, car/van conversions, and assistive technologies.
Oversee the complete sales process from generating leads to closing deals, including preparing and presenting tailored product demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging networking and marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy, while tracking and reporting sales performance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, and provide feedback to help refine our sales approach and product offerings.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from customer service, technical, and marketing departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is required, preferably within the mobility aids, healthcare products, or vehicle modification industries. Familiarity with a broad range of products is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable for effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients, and fluency in English is also beneficial.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and build strong client relationships.
A solid understanding of assistive technology and mobility aids, with additional knowledge of vehicle modifications and home/building adaptations considered an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on delivering high-quality service and fostering long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
