We are seeking a confident, customer-focused
Sales Representative & Receptionist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, converting consultations into treatments and to manage front-desk operations and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous experience in an aesthetic, medical, or wellness clinic.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the clinic's aesthetic and medical services to new and existing clients Follow up with leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.) Handle appointment bookings (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, website, etc.) Convert consultations into sales through excellent product knowledge and customer care. Welcome clients and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling Provide information on treatments and promote services/products. Maintain accurate client records and handle follow-ups
