We are seeking a professional and customer-focused
Receptionist/Sales Representative.
This dual-role position is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front-desk operations, and supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
Process sales transactions and assist with order fulfillment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
