Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments to understand project requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.
Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; provide regular feedback to management.
Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries, leads, and ongoing project requirements to secure conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
4+ years of proven sales experience in the Dubai interior fit-out industry
.
Strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, and developers within the UAE market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory
.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of fit-out project execution, materials, and technical processes.
Familiarity with UAE building regulations, authority approval requirements, and project documentation.
