Job Description

The Sales Engineer (MEP & Interior Fit-out) is responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and interior fit-out solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in MEP systems with knowledge of interior construction, space planning, and project execution. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to provide tailored solutions that meet project specifications and budgets.

Responsibilities:

oDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, architects, consultants, and end clients).

oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP and interior fit-out sectors.

oProvide technical guidance and propose suitable MEP systems and interior solutions based on client needs.

oPrepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.

oConduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

oCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution.

oAchieve sales targets and track progress on potential projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

oBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering field.

oProven experience in sales within the MEP and/or interior fit-out industry.

oStrong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and interior fit-out products/services.

oExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

oAbility to understand project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
